Annual Report

Annual Report

We are happy to announce the Ellerbe Creek Watershed Association (ECWA) Annual Report for the 2021 fiscal year! This was a great opportunity to reflect on all that we accomplished over the last year. We would like to say thank you. Together, we were a powerful force for protecting the creek and the areas surrounding it!

Because of your support, we were able to:
  • Install 25 rain gardens and cisterns across the city of Durham
  • Conserve over 3 acres of critical land that add to our goal of a connected corridor
  • Dedicate 1,340 hours of volunteering on the preserves
  • Receive over 2,800 votes for the 2022 Beaver Queen Pageant

Learn more about the accomplishments you helped us achieve during the 2021 calendar year.
