Tatia Ash

Tatia brings 30 years of experience working with grassroots and community-based organizations. A Capacity Builder with the Resourceful Communities Program, The Conservation Fund, she works across North Carolina, helping community partners strengthen their organizations and programming by providing technical assistance and training focused on organizational development topics. She’s passionate about using her skills and experience to help communities to improve and change. She has a wide variety of experience that includes directing an anti-poverty program, organizing youth and workers, managing a Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) pilot program, and recruiting graduate students for a public policy program.

Tatia is a member of ECWA's Finance Committee and serves as Chair of ECWA's Policies, Procedures, and Personnel Taskforce.
