Moses Manning
Moses is a second year Master of Public Policy student at Duke’s Sanford School of Public Policy concentrating in environmental and energy policy. Growing up in an off-the-grid solar powered homestead in rural Vermont sparked his interest in how people interact with and impact nature. After graduating from the University of Vermont in 2015, he spent two years living and working in an indigenous community in Ecuador as a Peace Corps volunteer which impressed upon him the importance of water conservation. Moses hopes to implement his policy and data analysis skills by supporting ECWA as a GIS, data, and data visualization support volunteer.
