Laura Stroud

Laura Stroud is an open space planner with nearly 10 years of experience planning for, protecting, and stewarding parks and natural areas. Her role as ECWA's Water Management Program Coordinator focuses on managing watershed improvement projects while generating resources to implement new projects. She loves riding her bike along the Ellerbe Creek Greenway and finding the places where Ellerbe Creek and its tributaries pop up unexpectedly in our urban world.
