THANK YOUS

17A acre woodThank you to the folks who came out to our November Stewardship Day at Pearl Mill!

Thanks to Mike Shiflett and the Duke Conservation Society who helped us manage invasive species at 17-Acre Wood in November.

The ECWA Annual meeting was a great success thanks to the many volunteers and business sponsors who contributed to putting it on! Special thanks to Whole Foods and Tyler's Taproom for providing the catering.

We are very grateful for the folks who came out for ECWA's Big Sweep events led by Mike Shifflett and Ian Pond in the Northgate Park Neighborhood and at the railroad trestle where Ellerbe Creek meets Falls Lake. Great work!

And lastly, a big thanks to everyone who was involved in making the first annual Ellerbe Creek Nature Tour a huge success! Over 50 volunteers and business sponsors worked together to make it happen, and we had hundreds of new people on our preserves. Wow!
